    Welcome to the Ferrum College Computer Services Web. The purpose of this web is to enhance the support services we provide to our campus. We've provided a number of resources here to help you resolve problems and view student information with our i-Assistant.

    As members of the Ferrum College community you are given the permission to use the college's computers as well as the computer network.  These resources are provided by the Computer Services Dept as a privilege not a right.  All users are expected to use the computers and network appropriately, honestly, and constructively.  Please read and honor our computer usage policy.  Also, please read the information on downloading audio and video files.

    If you are getting the message "Revocation information for the security certificate is not available. Do you want to proceed?" and are unable to log into Clean Access, download, unzip and run this file to fix this error message.
